Terms of sale.

Orders placed here are with The Nordic Skin Clinic Ltd, London, United Kingdom.

Adding something to your bag is not an order. Your order is made when you complete payment, and it is accepted by us when we send the dispatch email. If we cannot accept it — because an item is out of stock, or a price was displayed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

The price charged is always the one held by our own systems at the moment of checkout, which is what the payment page shows you. If a page in the shop displays a price that disagrees with it — because it was cached, or because a price changed while you were browsing — the checkout price is the one that applies, and you see it before you commit to anything.

Payment is taken by Stripe on their hosted checkout. We never receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment to us.

Delivery timings, your 14-day right of withdrawal and the returns process are set out in full on Shipping and Returns, which forms part of these terms.

These are cosmetic products, not medicines. Nothing on this site is a medical claim or a substitute for advice from a clinician. Ingredient lists are published in full on every product page so you can check them against a known sensitivity; patch test if you are unsure, and stop using a product if it irritates your skin.

Photography is styled and colours vary between screens, so the shade or consistency you see may differ slightly from the product in your hand.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything written here.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
